As well as working with clients on their data and integration challenges, I look after the development and support of our in-house process, portal and data software.
I have spent 30+ years working at the technical end of business applications – designing solutions, working out how to connect things together and generally bridging the gap between business needs and technical capability.
Likes and dislikes
I hate big, complicated solutions that use layer upon layer of meaningless technology that nobody understands. I like solutions that are so simple they look obvious – though it really does take a lot of experience and hard work to make things simple.
